Acadia is a small space, and we want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Pre-paid bookings allow us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.
When you purchase a booking to Acadia, it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea. The ticket price listed also includes tax and service charge.
Please be aware that you will have 8 minutes to complete the transaction once tickets are selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.
No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. However, we would be happy to reschedule your booking up to a year. Yes. The booking is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through the restaurant's official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. If you are booking a large private event with us, we may charge a deposit fee, instead of the grand total. We will require the remaining balance at the end of your meal in house.
